Leadership
Coaching

We offer one-on-one coaching for pastors and ministry leaders who want a personal, reflective space to think carefully about the challenges of leadership and life. Coaching creates room to step back from the constant pull of ministry and see yourself, your relationships, and your work with greater clarity.

Each coaching session lasts about an hour and is scheduled at a rhythm that fits your life—every other week, monthly, or as needed. Sessions may take place virtually or in person, depending on what best supports your pace and goals.

Unlike conversations aimed at quick fixes, this coaching process invites deeper formation. The focus is less on solving isolated problems and more on learning to see patterns, remain steady under pressure, and reconnect your leadership with who you are becoming.

Through the coaching experience, you’ll:

  • Clarify your thinking so you can respond thoughtfully rather than reactively

  • Better understand how relationships shape leadership in families, staffs, and congregations

  • Explore family history patterns that influence how you lead today

  • Develop a steadier, more differentiated presence that brings clarity to others

  • Strengthen resilience by aligning leadership with your core values and faith

Every leader encounters seasons that call for a confidential space to think, feel, and discern next steps. Coaching offers that space—a steady companion in the ongoing work of clarity, maturity, and faithful leadership.
