Leadership
Coaching

We offer one-on-one coaching for pastors and ministry leaders who want a more personal, reflective space to think through the challenges of leadership and life. Coaching provides a rare opportunity to step back from the constant pull of ministry and see yourself, your relationships, and your work with new perspective.

Each coaching session lasts about an hour and is scheduled at a rhythm that fits your life—every other week, once a month, or as needed. Sessions take place virtually or in person, depending on what best supports your rhythm and goals.

Unlike problem-solving conversations that focus on quick fixes, this coaching process invites a deeper kind of growth. You’ll learn to see patterns rather than just problems, to lead with calm and conviction even under pressure, and to reconnect your leadership with the person you most want to be.

Through the coaching experience, you’ll:

  • Clarify your own thinking so you can respond thoughtfully instead of reactively.

  • Understand your relationship systems—how anxiety moves through families, staffs, and congregations.

  • Explore family of origin patterns that shape how you show up as a leader today.

  • Develop a steadier, more differentiated presence that brings clarity to those around you.

  • Cultivate resilience by aligning your leadership with your deepest values and faith.

Every leader faces seasons when they need a confidential space to think, feel, and discern next steps. Coaching offers that space—a steady companion on the journey toward greater clarity, maturity, and peace in your leadership.
