The Resilient Pastor Cohort is a nine-month journey designed to help pastors rediscover clarity, confidence, and calm in the chaos of modern ministry. Each year, a small group of ministers come together to grow—not through quick fixes or leadership trends—but through honest reflection, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of how faith and human relationships really work. You’ll leave not only more grounded in your calling, but better equipped to guide your people through the pressures of today’s world.

How It Works

Seven sessions over nine months. A lifetime of difference. Participants gather monthly (September – May) for a full-day session that blends biblical wisdom, practical leadership principles, and real-life case discussions.

The Experience
