Our Vision
The Alabama Center for Pastoral Resilience exists to support pastors and other ministry leaders in their personal and congregational lives through training, education, and consultation. We equip pastors with the insight and knowledge necessary to meet the demands of modern ministry.

What We Do
We partner with local pastors, congregations, and organizations in a number of ways. We provide training via a 9-month cohort designed to teach concepts that govern relationships. We also offer Pastoral Process Groups, which allow church leaders to fellowship, think through challenges, and listen to the wisdom of others. In addition, we offer one-on-one consultations for a more individualized approach, and finally, we provide congregational seminars on a variety of salient topics.
Who Is This For?
We’ll be the first to admit that our approach is not for everyone. So, who is this for? This is for pastors, ministers, Christian organization leaders...
