Our Vision

The Alabama Center for Pastoral Resilience exists to support pastors and ministry leaders in both their personal and congregational lives.

Through training, education, and consultation, we help leaders gain the clarity and steadiness needed to meet the realities of modern ministry.

What We Do

We partner with pastors, congregations, and organizations to strengthen leadership and support healthier patterns of life and work. Our work is grounded in a deep understanding of how relationships shape ministry life and organizational health.

Through our Resilient Pastor Cohort, we walk with pastors through a nine-month journey of shared learning, honest reflection, and practical insight that cultivates clarity, steadiness, and purpose in leadership.

We also provide Leadership Coaching for clergy and faith leaders who want a confidential, steady space to think clearly, process complex challenges, and move forward with intention.

Our Consulting services help churches and organizations slow down enough to see what’s really happening, recognize patterns that contribute to conflict or stagnation, and respond thoughtfully rather than reactively.

Finally, we offer Seminars and Workshops on topics such as ministry burnout, staff dynamics, and congregational conflict—each shaped to meet the particular needs of your staff, congregation, or ministry context.

We’ll be the first to admit that our approach is not for everyone.
