Our Vision

The Alabama Center for Pastoral Resilience exists to support pastors and other ministry leaders in their personal and congregational lives through training, education, and consultation. We equip pastors with the insight and knowledge necessary to meet the demands of modern ministry.

After Church

What We Do

We partner with local pastors, congregations, and organizations in a number of ways. We provide training via a 9-month cohort designed to teach concepts that govern relationships. We also offer consultation that helps churches name what’s really happening, see the patterns driving it, and take thoughtful steps toward healthier leadership and a more resilient congregation. In addition, we offer one-on-one coaching for a more individualized approach, and finally, we provide congregational seminars on a variety of salient topics.

Who Is This For?

We’ll be the first to say — our approach isn’t for everyone.

This journey is designed for pastors, ministers, and Christian leaders who are ready to do the deeper work of understanding themselves and leading with greater presence and peace.

It’s for those who want to:

  • Become more curious about their own patterns and reactions

  • Understand how they function in relationships

  • Manage anxiety with greater awareness

  • Address unresolved family of origin issues

  • Lead with creativity, clarity, and thoughtfulness

It’s for those who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety or persistent stress

  • Loneliness or disconnection

  • Disillusionment or burnout

  • Congregational conflict

  • Relationship strain

  • A crisis of faith

  • The weight of cultural and societal shifts
