Founder/Instructor
Kent Michael, Ph.D.
Kent Michael has spent more than a decade helping leaders grow in clarity, resilience, and purpose. A seasoned leadership coach and educator, he has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and led training seminars for businesses, schools, and faith-based organizations.
He holds a Master of Education in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Montevallo and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from The University of Alabama.
At home, Kent enjoys quiet weekends with his wife and three children. His favorite pastimes include fly fishing, hiking, watching Alabama football, and producing music for his church.

Co-Founder/Instructor
Immanuel Marsh, M.Div., ALC
For over twenty years Immanuel has served as a counselor, teacher, and preacher in a variety of settings and capacities. He helps pastors negotiate personal and ministry challenges and find clarity in the fog . He also coaches young ministers, helping them sort through their specific ministry and calling.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Samford University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He also earned a Master of Divinity degree from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University.
Immanuel lives in Birmingham with his wife and their daughter.
