Founder|Instructor
Kent Michael, Ph.D., LMFT
Kent has been a clinician in private practice for over a decade and is an adjunct instructor at Samford University. He has facilitated thousands of hours of therapy with individuals, couples, and families. In addition to his clinical and academic work, Kent is also an executive coach and works with business leaders.
He received his bachelor's degree from Samford University, a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling from the University of Montevallo, and a Ph.D. in developmental psychology from The University of Alabama.
Kent lives in Birmingham with his wife, and their three children.

Immanuel Marsh, M.Div., ALC
For over twenty years Immanuel has served as a counselor, teacher, and preacher in a variety of settings and capacities. He helps pastors negotiate personal and ministry challenges and find clarity in the fog . He also coaches young ministers, helping them sort through their specific ministry and calling.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Samford University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He also earned a Master of Divinity degree from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University.
Immanuel lives in Birmingham with his wife and their daughter.
